When it comes to project selection, our Estimators seek out the most complicated scopes. The more challenging the project, the more interested we are. Due to existing structures and tenancy, these projects usually have some of the tightest schedules and building constraints. RJ Smith has built a solid resume that includes the ABC warehouse renovations, the RF&P Baseball Stadium and our very own corporate headquarters - formerly a Reynolds Metals building.
We use all of our inter-company resources. In many cases that means recruiting our sister company, RJ Smith Demolition, to do a “KO” before we get started.
