| Description: | Short Pump Town Center-Deadline for opening the mall was September 4, 2003. We were subcontracted in November, 2002 by the general contractor to supplement the existing site contractor. Services performed included excavation, utilities, fine grading, backfilling, hauling, cleaning, demolition, general supervision. From July, 2003 until the day of the grand opening, our teams worked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to construct and re-construct areas of construction under the direction of the owner and GC. Played a critical role in meeting the scheduled grand opening date. |
