Communication has been critical in our success. It starts with your first call to our Estimating Department. It then moves to the bid and award stage of the project and on to the introduction of your Project Manager. He works with you on designing a schedule.
From there, our field supervisors, including both a Superintendent and Foreman, oversee the actual building of the project. It is clearly this team effort, executed over and over again, that brings our clients back.
We understand the importance of pad site
completion in order to go vertical with improvements and the demands that are placed on today’s developer, owner and GC.
We self-perform the following services: clearing, grading, utilities, erosion control, and hauling.
We can schedule and coordinate the following services: curb and gutter, and paving. The bottom line is that we can provide you with a Complete Site Package.
